MyRoom's 15% is a single percentage that already includes tenant placement (RM0), onboarding and setup (RM0), room-by-room marketing, screening, rent collection, maintenance coordination and monthly reporting. Standard plans require 90 days' written notice to terminate. Fees and inclusions vary by provider and agreement, so compare what each quoted fee covers and what is billed separately.
Monthly deep cleaning: RM80 for one scheduled deep-cleaning visit each month, charged separately from the 15% management fee. The Turnkey Bundle coordinates rental-ready setup by MyReno; renovation is quoted separately by MyReno.
